Shipping
In-stock pieces have a processing time of 3 to 5 business days, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.
Made-to-order or custom pieces have a production time of 10 to 12 business days, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.
During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
Returns
In-stock pieces can be returned/exchanged within 14 days if in original pristine condition with packaging. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Made-to-order or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
