Non–Made-to-Order items:

Please allow 3-5 working days after purchase for your order to be processed and handed to our shipping partner. Items that are currently in production may take 10–15 business days to ship. Please refer to the estimated delivery time shown on the product page before placing your order.

Please note that delays may occur during promotional periods.

Made-to-Order:

This category is for items that need to be manufactured especially for you. Made-to-order or custom pieces have a production time of 25 to 28 business days, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.Our team will reach out with an estimated due date for your piece(s).

Please note that these dates are estimates and may vary depending on production timelines. If your order is delayed, we will proactively notify you with updates.

If your order contains items that are in-stock and items that are specially made for you, they will ship together when all items are ready!

Transit Time：

• North America 7-10 business days. We cannot ship to remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, or to overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
• UK & Europe  10-15 business days
