Please note we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
If the customer chooses to waive the requirement of a signature upon receipt of their shipment, neither the shipping carrier nor PETRALO is responsible for the shipment once it is left at the customer’s residence.
In-stock items / Ready-to-ship:
Please allow 3-5 working days after purchase for your order to be processed and handed to our shipping partner. Delays may occur if your order is part of a promotion.
Made-to-Order:
This category is for items that need to be manufactured especially for you. The lead time for these styles is 10-12 working days. Our team will reach out with an estimated due date for your piece(s).
If your order contains items that are in-stock and items that are specially made for you, they will ship together when all items are ready!
Transit Time：
- North America 7-10 business days. We cannot ship to remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, or to overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
- UK & Europe 10-15 business days
- Middle East 10-15 business days
Customs - Duties and taxes：
Duties are fees imposed by customs authorities on imported merchandise. The fees are based on the value and weight of the international shipment and are established by the local authorities.
PETRALO checkout prices already include customs duties and local taxes for international orders, so you no longer have to pay these fees.
