Customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia are eligible for returns and exchanges.
Orders shipped to all other regions are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 14 days of delivery, and are subject to approval.

In stock items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt in their original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original PETRALO packaging.

- EXCHANGE
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and should provide a tracking number for the return shipment.
- The first valid exchange will be shipped free of charge. For any subsequent exchanges, all related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- RETURN
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and should provide a tracking number for the return shipment.
- We will inspect the item upon receipt and deem it worthy or unworthy of refund.
- Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return parcel. Once our team has processed your return, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 2-3 business days.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE:
Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
To ensure the safety of your items during transit, please package them with adequate padding. It is crucial to note that if the returned items are not in a like-new condition, or if they have scratches, dents, or any other form of damage, a fee may be charged accordingly.
