Do you use real natural gemstones and solid gold in your products?
That’s right, you can rest assured.
We only use 14k/18k solid gold (not plated or filled), and each pieces will have an AU585/AU750 steel seal.
Our gemstones are meticulously selected by our professional gemologists to ensure each one is a truly natural and exquisite semi-precious or precious stone. Our one-of-a-kind collection includes free professional certificates. Each piece of jewelry features an engraved stamp indicating the carat weight of the main stone.

What if the product I want to purchase is out of stock?
Out of stock situations usually refer to loose gemstones. We can continue to make them after we have suitable gemstones. If you are interested in out of stock products, you can send an email to support@petralo.com. We will respond to you as soon as possible and try our best to meet your needs.
How do I determine my ring size?
Visit our size guide to find the perfect fit.
Can I request a custom ring size that's not listed on the product page?
Of course! You can select any size when placing your order and specify your desired ring size in the order notes. Please refer to the size guide for exact measurements.
Note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I care for my pieces?
Please visit our Care Guide for detailed information on how you can best care for and store your pieces.
Will my stones match the pictures on the website exactly?
If you are purchasing from the One of A Kind collection, the jewelry in the picture is the one you purchased.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the gemstone you purchase will be exactly the same as the one in the picture, because the color and texture of each natural gemstone are unique.
Although we cannot guarantee an exact replication of the stone in the photo, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences and ensure that you receive a piece you will cherish. So, if you have any special requests regarding the color of your gemstones, please let us know.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please contact support@petralo.com and we will do our best to support you.
How will my order be packaged?
Each piece is packaged in a PETRALO jewels signature gift box, along with a compostable postage satchel. If purchasing multiple pieces, we will try to pack the jewelry in fewer gift boxes.This depends on the category and size of the jewelry.
Feel free to let us know in the notes section at checkout if you require more than one gift box for separate packaging.
Shipping & Deliveries
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
If your jewelry is in stock, we will ship within 5 business days of purchase, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.
If it is made to order or custom order jewelry, please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping for us to produce your piece, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.
During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
For rush orders, please Contact Us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How can I track my order?
Login and head over to your PETRALO account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
In stock no final sale products can enjoy a 14-day return and exchange service. Please refer to the Exchange & Returns policy.
Are your products covered under any warranty?
Every piece is carefully created and the setting is guaranteed for one year from the date of creation.
* Gemstones, diamonds are not guaranteed against chips, cracks, scratches, or loss.
