Shipping
Non–made-to-order items, processing typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Items that are currently in production may take 10–15 business days to ship. Please refer to the estimated delivery time shown on the product page before placing your order.
Made-to-order or custom pieces have a production time of 20 to 28 business days, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.

During peak and holiday seasons, additional processing and shipping delays may occur.
For orders containing items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together once the entire order is ready.
Returns (U.S. customers only):
non–made-to-order items pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if in original, pristine condition with all packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Made-to-order or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Avoid wearing your jewelry during activities that could expose it to harsh chemicals or rough surfaces. Store jewelry in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and temperature changes.
