Natural Diamond
We are committed to using only the highest quality, responsibly sourced diamonds. All of our diamonds, whether center stones or accent pieces, are graded F/G in color and VS2 in clarity. Our suppliers adhere to strict conflict-free and socially responsible practices, ensuring ethical sourcing.
Shipping
For in-stock items, processing takes 3 to 5 business days, followed by shipping. Items currently in production may take 7 to 10 business days to ship. Please refer to the estimated delivery time on the product page before ordering.
Made-to-order or custom pieces have a production time of 12 to 15 business days, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.

During peak and holiday seasons, additional processing and shipping delays may occur.
For orders containing items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together once the entire order is ready.
Returns
In-stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if in original, pristine condition with all packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Made-to-order or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Avoid wearing your jewelry during activities that could expose it to harsh chemicals or rough surfaces. Store jewelry in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and temperature changes.
Gently wipe your pieces with a soft cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue that dull the finish.
