Exchange & Returns
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 15 days of delivery, and are subject to approval.
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
Please reach out to support@petralo.com to initiate an exchange or return request.
Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
Refunds: In-Stock and Ready to Ship
In-stock items can be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original PETRALO packaging.
If you decide to return your in-stock purchase, please contact us first so I can give you the correct address. I will inspect the item upon receipt and deem it worthy or unworthy of refund. Buyer must pay return shipping, insure the parcel and provide tracking. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Petralo does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.
Refunds: Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you find any fault in the craftsmanship of your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Every piece is carefully created and the setting is guaranteed for one year from the date of creation.
Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against chips and wear and tear.
If you feel the jewelry needs to be repaired within that first year of warranty, please contact me for shipping instructions to send the piece back to us for repair. If we find that work has been done to the piece by a third party after purchase, this one year guarantee is void.
