I reached out to their support team to see if they had a solution, and they did, my order was tracked down and just arrived. You earned yourself a repeat customer just by offering a solution and not just throwing your hands up like most companies. The necklace is, of course, absolutely beautiful and my wife won't stop admiring it in the mirror. It's stunning on her and I look forward to our next purchase!
