Are your products certified or hallmarked?
That’s right, you can rest assured.
Our gemstones are all tested to ensure they are preious gemstones. One of a kind collection will provide GRS/ GUILD/ AIGS/ certificates for free. We only use 18k gold, and each pieces will have an AU750 steel seal, as well as the carat number of the main gemstone.
Where are PETRALO pieces made?
Each piece is designed by our design team in Beijing and hand crafted by our skilled artisans in Shenzhen, China. Our manufacturer value responsible working practises. Each PETRALO piece is carved, cut, fled and polished by hand.
How do I determine my ring size?

What if the product I want to purchase is out of stock?
There are generally two reasons for out-of-stock items.
One is that the inlaid finished jewelry is sold out, but the loose gemstones are still in stock, but they wait for setting.
There is also a situation where loose gemstones are out of stock and need to be purchased before they can be made.
For specific circumstances, you can send an email to support@petralo.com, and we will reply to you as soon as possible and try our best to meet your needs.
How do I care for my pieces?

Where is your studio? Can I visit it?
Our center is situated in Beijing, China, with additional offices in Shenzhen, along with Thailand, Canada for enhanced communication with suppliers, craftsmen, and clients.
Feel free to make an appointment via email to take a gemstone tour in our studio.
Will my stones match the pictures on the website exactly?
If you are purchasing from the One of A Kind collection, the jewelry in the picture is the one you purchased.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the gemstone you purchase will be exactly the same as the one in the picture, because the color and texture of each natural gemstone are unique.
Although we cannot guarantee an exact replication of the stone in the photo, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences and ensure that you receive a piece you will cherish. So, if you have any special requests regarding the color of your gemstones, please let us know.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please contact support@petralo.com and we will do our best to support you.
How will my order be packaged?
Each piece is packaged in a PETRALO jewels signature gift box, along with a compostable postage satchel. If purchasing multiple pieces, we will try to pack the jewelry in fewer gift boxes.This depends on the category and size of the jewelry.
Feel free to let us know in the notes section at checkout if you require more than one gift box for separate packaging.
Shipping & Deliveries
Do you ship internationally?
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
If your jewelry is in stock, we will ship within 3 business days of purchase.
If it is made to order or personalised jewelry, please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping for us to produce your piece.
How can I track my order?
Login and head over to your PETRALO account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Non-customized products can enjoy a 14-day return and exchange service. Please refer to the Exchange & Returns policy.
Are your products covered under any warranty?
Every piece is carefully created and the setting is guaranteed for one year from the date of creation.
* Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against chips and wear and tear.
