Shipping
Non–made-to-order items, processing typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Items that are currently in production may take 10–15 business days to ship. Please refer to the estimated delivery time shown on the product page before placing your order.
Made-to-order or custom pieces have a production time of 20 to 28 business days, followed by a shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that these dates are estimates and may vary depending on production timelines. If your order is delayed, we will proactively notify you with updates.
During peak and holiday seasons, additional processing and shipping delays may occur.
For orders containing items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together once the entire order is ready.
Returns:
We accept returns and exchanges on non–made-to-order pieces within 14 days, provided they remain unworn, in pristine condition, and with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Made-to-order (custom) jewelry, limited edition pieces, and one-of-a-kind designs are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
As a delicate hydrous mineral, opal requires specialized handling and storage to preserve its mesmerizing colors and prevent cracking or crazing.
Avoid exposing opal to water, chemicals, and harsh cleaning methods. Instead, gently wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth, and store each piece individually in a cool, dry, and protected environment.
